Kurt VanderVeen is a board-certified physician assistant in dermatology with over 18 years of experience. He grew up in Allendale, Michigan, and now lives in Byron Center with his wife and two children.

Mr. VanderVeen graduated from Grand Valley State University with a B.S. in health science and a Master’s degree in physician assistant studies. He is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Kurt VanderVeen is dedicated to helping patients achieve their skin health goals and is skilled in a variety of dermatological procedures including excisions, biopsies, and cosmetic injections. He has extensive experience treating skin cancer, acne, psoriasis, eczema, rashes, and other common skin conditions.

Mr. VanderVeen is a devoted husband and father and considers his family the great joy of his life. He and his wife enjoy family time especially relaxing by the pool and traveling. Kurt also enjoys fishing, running, reading, and watching movies.
